The cost of a first visit is £70 and the follow up visits cost £60

How long is the first visit?

The first visit takes usually 1 hour

How long are follow-up visits?

The length of follow-up visit depends on treatment method and treated condition, but usually lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour

Do I need to see a doctor first?

No, there is no need to see a doctor first. Chartered physiotherapists are fully trained in assessment and treatment. However, you may be asked to consult your GP, if a serious problem is suspected and further specialist input is required

Will I be expected to do any exercises between visits?

Depending on treatment method and treated condition you may be asked to do exercises. Those exercises are usually very effective and you should see a big improvement while performing them

Should I have any medical history notes, x-rays ready for the visit?

It would be beneficial for the diagnostic process to have any relevant medical history notes ready for the visit, however assessment these are not necessary

How do I pay for my treatment?
